A Party at Augustus's House (An Alternative Path)
I saw a little bit of rage settle into Isaac's face. He grabbed one of Augustus's pillow and started slamming it against the wall and the trophy shelf.
"You okay?" I asked
"No, I am not okay."
He threw the pillow at me and that started it. I grabbed one of Augustus's pillow and threw it right back at him. Augustus, trying to join in the fun grabbed two pillows and threw it at both of us.
"You asked for it."
I started charging up to Augustus and slammed the pillow into his face. Augustus grabbed another pillow and started chasing Isaac. Isaac grabbed the nearest pillow and engaged in a friendly fight with Augustus. They both got knocked off balance and started laughing. We played for an hour before settling down.
"Ready to give up now?" I asked
"I won't lose to you," Isaac replied
"That was really fun and all, but I think we should take a break," Augustus interrupted.
Augustus went out of the room and came back later with cold drinks.
"Here," Augustus offered me and Isaac a can of coke.
"Do you feel better now?" Augustus asked
"Yeah," Isaac replied.
