This is the story of how someone I love very much died. My name is Elsa and up until now, I haven't had the strength to talk about this. I might as well do it now though, before my time is up. It all happened about a year ago.
I walked further down the stairs in my gown. "Aha." He cleared his throat. I was so scared..I didn't want to hurt him. "You should probably go." I told him. I didn't really want him to leave but it might've been for the best. "May I just say maybe this whole time I've been misunderstanding?" That really got to me. "No, I can't. Excuse me." "Why?" He asked me. "I'm just trying to protect you." I told him. "Well then you'd be the first, but thank you."
My mind flashed back to when I first met him. Arendelle was having a huge party and I saw him dancing with some blonde haired girl. He wasn't the best dancer but still he made me smile. After that we strolled around for a little bit and we talked. When I went to loosen my braid I saw him smile at me but I wasn't sure why. We hung out every day after that. A month later he took me for a walk in the night. It was quiet for a little while. Then he said, "Someone left you alone." I kept quiet. "You've got to let it go. You can trust me." "I can't!" I said. "You're thinking on this too much. It's a part of growing up." I started to run but ice formed under my feet. I stopped and realized what was happening. I looked at him and his eyes widened but he didn't leave me. Instead he said "You should get a decent seat."
Pointing at the boats in the water nearby. It was a beautiful sight. Lanterns filled the once pitch black sky. It was glowing. He didn't talk for a while when suddenly, he held my hand. We didn't say anything else for the rest of the night. We just sat there watching the lanterns, hand in hand.
Then one day, I looked outside my window. He was on the roof of another house. He was holding something, but I couldn't tell what it was. I was able to find him shortly after that. "May I talk to you? Alone?" He nodded, uneasily. Before I could say anything I noticed he had a strange look on his face. I turned around to see a rather large thug about to kidnap me. I ran away. Far away. Tears streaming down my face as I made my way up a mountain. I was alone. Maybe this was for the best.
I built a castle made of ice, glowing like the lanterns I had seen in the sky. I shook that image out of my head. As I created a chandelier I heard someone call out my name. I knew it was him. I didn't answer him. He betrayed me. He left me. He lied and it was all because of me. I made a champagne- colored dress to match the castle but when in the light it shone blue. When I turned around to see him standing there beside me, I started to walk away but he grabbed my arm and said "Let me explain." And that's what happened until now.
"Watch out!" He shouted. I turned just in time to freeze an arrow heading right towards me. Then I turned to see him being stabbed by an evil witch. "Flynn! No!" I ran over to him, my hands shaking as I touched his pale face. I turned around in anger and pinned the witch and archer against the wall. "I can't let you do this," I looked at Flynn, "If you do this, you will die." I stopped immediately. Then the chandelier fell to the floor and everything went black.
I awoke to see him chained in a cell. I ran over to him. I held his cold hands. "I want to tell you something. I want this to be my last words to you. I want you to always remember this. Elsa, I love you." He said coughing. With tears in my eyes, I said, "I love you too Flynn." The executioner came in and I begged him not to do it. "Please, no.." and with that he swung his sword and Flynn was gone forever.
