We all know Edward left Bella to be sad and lonely for several months. I bet most agree what he did was childish, excusing the fact Edward is "really old". He's obviously still hangs on to his days when he had no wisdom, the days when he was a mere mortal. If you agree Edward is a little too perfect, read my story with another leading male in the same situation. Takes place during New Moon.
Bella sat patiently waiting for him. He always came on time unlike on his motorcycle blond hair blowing in the wind, the sight was beautiful, like no other. He warned her just once about his dangerous side, the side he could turn to without warning at any moment; he might lose control over himself and she would be defenseless.
She trusted him more than she should, but he didn't want to scare her away. He was careful, but not too careful as to bore her. That's what she liked most about him, how he could be in so much pain and still want her who was causing the pain.
He described loving her and the pain he had to having a perfect opportunity to break a law, without getting caught and then j
Just abiding by it though it's the one thing you've always wanted to do. She was his sweet temptation, but he resisted because of his true love.
So that you do not think he merely "wants her blood" it is important that you understand that before he smelled her he saw her, and what he describes as her irrisistable natraul beauty.
