Laugh-
They had met at a cemetery during her mother's funeral. She noticed him because he was the only that smiled that day. She had wondered why, on a depressing day such as this, he would be smiling.
So she asked him after the funeral.
He had giggled but did not answer her question. Instead he said, "I'll tell you if you make me laugh."
She stared at him in confusion, but he just walked away, giggling.
The next time she saw him was when she happened to hide in his store while it was thundering outside.
She tried to make him laugh but none of her jokes were good. Though she did find out his name was Undertaker.
After that she began thinking about him more and decided to learn better jokes.
The next time she saw him was when she was having a walk around town. She saw him leave a shop, clutching a jar of…dog treats?
He remembered her, which made her heart flutter, and asked if she could make him laugh.
Her jokes made him giggle but she was disappointed that he didn't laugh. He patted her on the head before skipping off.
And that's when she realized that she had fallen for him. It was also at that moment, that she found the most funniest joke.
She walked up to him one day, to which he grinned at. "Miss Diann Knight, to what do I won the pleasure?"
"This is my final joke, I hope it makes you laugh." She said softly, wiping some long black strands away from her face.
"There once was a girl who attended a funeral, and all she could see were people with frowns and upset faces. And then she saw another, who had the biggest grin on his face. She asked him why he was smiling but he did not say why. Instead he gave her a challenge-to make him laugh….and here's the funny bit, she fell in love with him straight away."
All was silenced until a loud rambunctious laugh escaped the silver-haired man. He laughed and laughed until finally stopping to catch his breath.
He approached her and leaned down to her ear. "I grin because I find life simple~! Now you want to know what's more funnier?"
"What?"
"This."
He leaned down and kissed her on the lips, making her gasp before responding. And to tell you the truth, she found this more funny.
