A/N: I got this idea from a Bleach forum. Someone made a topic, asking us who we thought should be the Vandenreich leader's voice actor. Someone suggested Norio Wakamoto, which gave me this idea. For those who don't understand the link with Code Geass, Wakamoto also voiced Emperor Charles. So without further ado, I present to you the Vandenreich leader's version of Emperor Charles' speech. ORRRRR HAIRU BRITANNIAAAAA!
Humans, Shinigami, Hollows and Quincy... are NOT created equal! Not only do all races have different abilities, even among these races there is inequality. Some are born smarter, or more beautiful, or with parents of greater status. Some, by contrast, are born weak of body or mind, or with few, if any, talents. All living beings are different. Yes, our very existence is discriminatory! That is why there is war, violence, unrest and the unfaltering march of progress. Inequality is not evil, equality is. What became of the humans who claimed that all are equal? They are powerless against the other races. What of the Shinigami who harbored equal sentiments? Their Soul Society lies in ruins. The Hollows with their equal distribution of wealth? A nation of lazy dullards! But we Quincy are not like them! We fight, we compete and evolve with every conquest! The Vandenreich alone look forward and advance toward a better future! Even the death of some of our members during our assault on Soul Society demonstrates the Vandenreich's unswerving commitment to progress. We will fight on, we shall struggle, compete, plunder and dominate, and in the end, the future shall be ours.
