Trying not to let the pain show.
Don't want them to know how much I'm hurting inside.
Tosh knows. But that couldn't be helped.
Now she's hurting too.
And it's all his fault. If he hadn't...But I'm just kidding myself.
If he hadn't, we'd all be dead.
It's what he does. He looks at the bigger picture. And saves it.
But sometimes it isn't the bigger picture that's being destroyed. Or going mad with anger and grief. Or trying not to show how much they're hurting.
It's not always the masses that suffer.
It's not always the bigger picture that needs saving.
