Daniel and i looked at each other thinking what to do. And then an idea came to my head.

You: "Okay then we are going a bigger truck. Or you guys call an uber if you want"

Everyone agreed on a bigger truck. I called my friend to lend me her Taho for the day and she did.

You: "okay guys get in!"

Everyone was inside the truck. It was bigger than the car for a fact.

Corbyn: "Can we pick up my girlfriend?"

You: "Sure where does she live at?"

A girl came outside she had long black hair, pretty eyes, a red tight dress, with the same necklace i had on but it looked like have a heart.

You: "Christina!!! OMG ITS Y\N FROM MIDDLE SCHOOL!!"

All of us came down the truck and we went inside. Daniel tried to hold my hand but my phone started ringing it was my dad i immediatly pick up.

Dad: "Honey where are you?!"

You: "With my friends, why what happen?"

Dad: "Something bad happen to your mother and she went to the hosptital hurry!!!"

You told your friends you had to leave bcz of the inccident.

Daniel: " I want to come with you babygirl"

You: "Okay hurry!"

[Ride to the hospital]

I checked in to see my mom and she was laying there with wounds everywhere on top of the hospital bed. I started to tear up.

Daniel saw that i was tearing up and went closer to hug me and he did.He hugged me so tight, that i felt safe in his arms. He sat down on a chair.

Daniel: "Sit on my lap princess"

I did as directed. When i sat on his lap, he held me in his arms all i could think about was my mom.

She was really sad, i held her tight, kissed her and played with her hair, i did everything i could do to comfort her. It worked but slowly she fell asleep crying in my arms.

[30 minutes later]

Still Daniel's pov*

A doctor came in

Doctor: "Hello sir i have to ask how are you related to this lady?"

Daniel: "Son-in-law"

He nodded. The doctor began telling us what happen. It all started when i left the house. My mom was sad. I knew i saw it in her eyes. But she was drinking. Then the doctor said someone broke in and tried to rape my mom but instead abused her. She called the police and she was injured bad.

You: "This cant be true"

Daniel kissed my cheek and whispered

Daniel: "Everything is alright your mom will be okay i promise and the doctors know it too."
