Believe it or not, this was inspired by a Disney song- 'Colonel Hathi Elephant March' from the Jungle Book :)

Reviews make me happy, cheers!

Keep on marching. Keep on marching. Keep on marching.

This was the phrase Bellatrix led her life by till her dying day. Marching meant holding your head up high, carrying out the tasks expected of you and obeying orders.

When she was a child, her father drilled this phrase into her. Being a Black, you were expected to obey and dare not question. Being a Black, you were above everyone else, they were below you, like ants. Their word meant nothing against a Blacks.

Keep on marching. Keep on marching.

When her dear sister, Andromeda, the one person Bellatrix completely trusted dishonoured the family and became a blood traitor by marrying that filthy Muggle, tears did not fall down her face. She did not let her emotions influence her actions, she merely kept on marching, holding her head high, pushing all human emotions to the back of her head.

Keep on marching.

She believed marching would solve her problems, get rid of those thoughts of doubt, pain and despair. Marching seemed the easy option-marching through her arranged marriage to Rodolphus, marching through the loss of her sister and marching through her Master's orders.

Yet in the end, all marching must stop. And stop it shall.
