Hi! My name is Katharina, but everyone calls me Kat. I am unforchanly a vampire, but unlike other vampires my eyes go from gray to green (because they were bright blue before). There are many other things different about me and what one would call a "normal" vampire.
First off I can't stand the taste of human blood; it tastes like old rotting dirt. Secondly I can eat and enjoy food just like any other "normal" person. Although sometimes I do get cravings for animal blood, but for some strange reason I am oddly turned off to anything related to the dog family… I wonder why? But anyways I also grow but I don't age per say like humans do.
Although I don't know really what a normal vampire should act or look like… I have only been one for four months now and well it had been quite strange; expressly around home. I have not told my parents anything and I don't know if I ever will. Only thing different that they have noticed is that my skin has lightened a bit, but, you can tell that I am a Quileute Indian. The odd thing is that all the guys here in La Push avoid me as much as possible now. They talk about me when they think I can't hear. I don't know why but I have a feeling that there are more things out there then just vampires.
