So it is just like any other day in my life. I survive my training and I head to the new hangout spot my village has for some down time. I run into one of my good friends and occasional sparring partner, Tenten. She too is tired from training she and her man, Lee, put in. After the pleasantries, she asks me a question that will generate a response from me that runs borderline TMI.
"Naruto, do you believe in the one?" I make my face before answering this. How I go about answering this is something too complex to think about. I give it a shot.
"To be honest with you Tenten, I'm not sure what to believe anymore. My heart believes that the one does exist; however, my mind differs. I would have to say probably not."
"Does not compute, explain."
"Well you see, girls right now, they just want to have fun, as they say. They want to go to parties and get nasty with themselves and their friends. I guess I was wired differently. I'm a guy that is looking for something... serious. I want a serious relationship with someone. - -"
"My thoughts exactly." I turn around and I'm staring at the girl that I've wanted for so long- Ino.
"Ino," I said, " You always struck me as the type who goes to parties and hangs out with friends quite often."
"Yeah, I do all of that Naruto BUT, I love my alone time. Due to my huge popularity, I don't get to have that a whole lot."
"Oh, I see. How does this relate to the talk about the one?"
"I want a guy that will enjoy my company and enjoy solitude with me." My eyes widened when I listened to her say this.
"Well, look no further than um, ME."
I gave her a look that said," Baby, give me a chance to be with you because I will be that guy that will make you happy." After like 5 minutes, she broke the silence.
"Naruto, you have been staring at me for 5 minutes."
"Oh I'm sorry. Your beauty has left me in a daze."
"Well, snap out of it, I can't have my new boyfriend all out of sorts like that."
"What!?! Really..."
"You want to be my boyfriend?"
"Yes, I want to be your boyfriend."

"Hello, Naruto. Let us all go to a restaurant for dinner." Lee showed up out of nowhere and wrapped his arms around his girl.
"Oh Lee..."
The women went up ahead while the men stayed behind them.
"So Naruto, is Ino what they call the one?"
"It took a while for us to link up, but yeah, no doubt."
A/N= You know how you are lying on your bed daydreaming and in your head you are having some sort of conversation with somebody? Yep, the above is the result of my daydreaming. I hope you enjoyed this short oneshot.
