She didn't know what she had been thinking that morning. She had been amazingly tired from staying up studying for her university finals that she misread the clock. She had rushed out her house only to find that she was two hours early to her ten o'clock class.

Wanda sighed in defeat as she walked the early morning streets of Phoenix, Arizona. What was she even suppose to do for two hours? She supposed she could study some more.

She didn't know why, and at that time she didn't care, she had chosen to head to Starbucks. It wasn't like there weren't any other pleasant cafes she could go to. But on that day at 8:11 (she knew it was 8:11 because her 8:10 alarm clock on her phone had just went off) she walked into that Starbucks and the first thing she saw was the huge line.

Of course, she just happened to catch the morning rush. Wanda could've turned back if she wanted, but she did have 2 hours to kill, might as well stay. She couldn't even see the cashier from here, though that was probably due to her very small size. She patiently waited in line for the next 10 minutes, too kind to tell the man behind her he was too close for her comfort.

Finally, she was next in line and she caught a glimpse of the cashier. She sucked in a breath and tried not to turn red. He was probably one of the handsomest men she had ever seen. His giant, muscular frame looked odd behind a counter where he was a barista. He had dark black hair that flopped in front of his face as he worked the cash registers. His face was one of an angel. His nose was perfectly straight, lips pink and full, but his eyes made all the difference. They were a twilight blue. The blue the sky became just before the sunset. Her, now, favorite blue.

He looked at up her and smiled, "Next in line."

She was frozen in place for a few seconds before she was able to move and breath again. "Um, I'll just have a latte." She gave him a small smile, but hiding it behind the curtain that was her hair.

She could hardly see his dazzling smile as he grabbed a cup for her drink. "Name?"

"Wanda," she said, shyly.

"Cute," the cashier smiled softly.

"Thank you.." She looked up, trying to find his name tag. "Ian. Thank you, Ian."

He gave her another dazzling smile, showing off his wonderfully white teeth. It was satisfying to see such perfectly straight teeth.

"You can wait for your latte on the side," Ian smiled his perfect smile at her one last time.

It was then that Wanda became fascinated with this latte boy. Ian the latte boy, she scribbled on one of her napkins while she was suppose to be studying.
