"I love you so much. Bella you fill my world. I can't stand when you're not here and I miss you so much when you're not in my arms. When we make love," Edward leaned his forehead against mine. " gosh it's the most amazing and magical feeling in the world. I cant seem to keep my hands off of you. I want you in my life forever." He gave me a swift but deep kiss and backed away.
Edward was looking into my eyes with an intensity that I couldn't look away from. He then began to lower and got down on one knee.
My breath stopped. His hands went into his pocket and pulled out a blue velvet box. Then Edward looked up at me and I knew I would agree to anything he ever asked.
"Breath Bella." He reminded me.
I tried my hardest but little air came in . Edward merely smiled his crooked smile that took away the little breath I had managed to bring through my constricting throat. He opened the box and inside it was the most beautiful emerald stoned ring I had ever seen. I remembered he had showed it to me a long time ago and told me it was the only possession he had from his real mother. Tears started rolling down my cheeks undisturbed. Edward then took my left hand and looked deep into my eyes until our souls were connected.
"Isabella Marie Swan. You are the most important thing to me now and forever. I love you with all my heart, my soul, and strength. Will you give me the honor of calling you my wife?" in his eyes was a determined, smoldering glint I had never seen before.
So I said the only thing I was capable of, "Yes"
Edward searched my eyes for a long time looking to make sure I was sure and I knew he would find what he was looking fore there. Then he took the ring and slid it where it would stay forever.
"Perfect fit." he whispered with immense amount of emotion. Edward suddenly pulled my hand down until I was seated on his one raised knee and was eye-level with him. No words were needed for this moment.
We slowly brought our lips together into a fierce, sealing kiss. I pulled away to catch my wild breath and gazed into his now tear-filled eyes. I recalled the Edward had cried and it was when the grandmother that had raised him passed away. So I knew his tears were never meaningless and were to be cherished.
"Let's go to our meadow." I said huskily while wiping the tears on his cheeks and him kissing mine away. He tightened his arms around me, lifted us both, and cradled me bridal style to take us to our meadow where it was just me and him as it would always be from now on.
