Fluttershy is the Princess of Kindness and she lives in a magical forest where all the animals are safe from harm. Discord is trying to show affection to Fluttershy, but she rejects it. See how it happens in this story.

The Discord Letters

Preface:

Letters from Discord to Fluttershy when Discord was away on a trip to the universe ofE lement Jems Z and Fluttershy is the Princess of Kindness, the land in Equestria. Discord was investigating a matter that was very important about Prince Discord, Prince of All Draconequus, needing to beat Celestia San, but couldn't do it. The rivalry between them lit a fuse in Prince Discord, that was making him try to kill Celestia San, not just defeat him. Discord had to stop him and find out who did it. Fluttershy was sending letters to Discord because they were trying to figure out how their relationship would work out in the long run. Discord explained that she could be his love only if he was less pushy on their relationship. Fluttershy says that she needs some time before they get the relationship to a dating status.

Letter 1

Dear Fluttershy,

I miss you like the sun misses the moon every night. I miss you like Celestia misses Luna everyday. You are the day to my night. You are my light in the darkness. You are the love to my hate. You complete me and I will always love you no matter what.

Letter 2

Dear Fluttershy,

My love for you is overwhelming, it's almost too much for me, even though I am the Spirit of Chaos. So I'd like to say, you should love me as well. If you don't, well I won't be upset or angry. I'll be content with just being your friend.

Dear Fluttershy,

I hope nothing's wrong, I haven't heard from you in a while. What's happened? You haven't been writing to me in a week. What happened between us you can't talk about? Did I say something I shouldn't? Did I do something bad? Just know I'll always be there for you, no matter what, and do whatever you need 'cause I love you!

Letter 4

Dear Fluttershy,

I just realized what I did. I am moving this relationship too far along. Clearly your role as a Princess of Kindness is hard to have time to manage our relationship well. Forgive me for being so inconsiderate. I don't know why I love you so much. Maybe it's how much you put me in your trance of your love stare? Or how beautiful you are? Or how kind you are to somepony like me? I don't know, but I know I'll love you even if you don't love me. My heart tells me to. I hope yours does as well.
