You wake up quietly. Yawning, you bring your small paws up and rub your eyes and stretch. Shaking your self awake, you stand up and look around. The same beautiful, quiet, lush green forest you have ever known.
Smiling you thought to your self 'what a quiet beautiful day.'
You stare at the bright blue sky, and watch the rolling clouds for a bit before deciding to have a walk. Leaving the patch of trees you begin looking for some other Pokemon. Breaking into a jog, you enjoy the feeling of the air ruffling you red-brown fur. As you trotted along you hear your tummy rumble.
'Oh! it is time to eat, hehehe.'
Taking a closer look, you spot a healthy, plentiful berry bush, as you approach you hear something growl. looking in the direction was very angry Arcanine
"Arc, Arrrcane arrc!" it barked at you.
"Vuuuuul!" you squeal at you stumbled away.
The Arcanine, however, was very hostile, and as you stumble, it took the opportunity to get a very painful bite on you left hind leg.
"Pex!" you shriek, feeling a burning rush in you leg.
"Arrnin" it howls. "Vlpex" you squeak, trying using your forelegs to pull you away.
It growls and takes a step closer, locking eyes with you. A intimidating stare that causes shivers. You attempt to stand, only to end up rushing and slipping in your blood. Your belly and six tails now stained, you concentrated on your now Blood-frenzied attacker. Concentrating hard, you feel shivers going down your spine. Persevering you stare never once stopping.
Until, finally, it stumbled. Shaking it's head every which way, and swiping and non-existent figures. It falls onto to ground howling, biting, and swiping. It roars again before biting into it's own side. A rush of blood pouring from the self inflicted wound.
Using its confusion as best you can, you slowly stand up and carefully you get away. When you get far enough, you run, limping on your three legs, but you don't stop or decide to turn back. That thought never even crosses your mind.
Only stopping to rest at a river when the sun had turned the sky, a beautiful orange colour. Looking down at yourself, your once cream fluffy belly, now a red crusted mess. You let out a quiet yip, as you turned to where the Arcanine bit you, your bone bent, you start to lick the opening, unbeknownst to you how else to treat it. The metallic taste of blood lingered on you tongue as you tried to heal your wound with only your small tongue.
When the sun sets, you take a brief look around for a enclosed area where it would be safe to rest, spotting one. You gingerly made your way over. The sound of your tummy rumbling was the only company you had as you fell asleep.
