Prologue
The New Metropolis Knights are a fictional NFL team in the 2001 season timeline. The players on the
team would be a mixture of Sonic's friends, rivals, enemies, and himself. In this fictional story the Knights
are a longtime losing franchise and are a huge laughing stock of the league and never made the playoffs
or had not have a winning season since 1992 as the team only accomplished those things three times
including the years of 1984 and 1991 since the team was first established in 1980. The team was facing a
lot of financial troubles, struggle to sign free agents and draft picks, and the team is on the verge of
relocating. So General Abraham Tower (a former pro football player in this fictional story)is bought in as
the new head coach and general manager of the team to help turn the franchise back into relevance. For
his move he plans to put mobians to assist coach and play as pros for the team to compete in the pros
and believes the mobians have secret athletic potential inside them. However the team will contain known
rivals and enemies witch means chemistry is a huge issue and the team could be far from a long journey
to make it to the Super Bowl.
