Class was boring, school was boring, and I was bored. Nothing ever happened around here to keep me entertained. I could hear girls outside the classroom giggle as they walked by. Vaguely I wondered if there was something more interesting outside the room then what was inside. The though didn't stay on my mind for long, in this school the giggling girls could just be looking at something on their phone.
When class finally finished I was the first one out and I immediately recognized the red head and blond waiting in the hall. Now I understood why so many girls giggled as they walked past the classroom. I bit back a smile, at least if they were here that meant that things could get interesting around here.
I tried to ignore them but they followed me to my locker. The blond took my wrist as I opened my locker. I glanced at it, when he didn't let go I pulled my wrist back to continue taking out my school books for my next class.
"Kaya, un?" the blond asked.
"Yes," I answered as emotionlessly as I could.
"My name is Sasori," the red head explained following me to my next class "And this is my partner Deidara. We're from the organization called Akatsuki, and we want you to join."
I glanced at them quickly before entering my next class. The Akatsuki, an organization of so-called criminals, I studied them and none of them have really done anything wrong. Besides what they've done to get into the organization in the first place. I know I can have a temper and I'm walking the line of the law for my friends but I never thought an organization like this would come for me. It was definitely interesting and I really wanted to go just to see what it would be like, they did travel a far distance just for me.
I tossed the pros and cons of going with these two Akatsuki members during my class. I was leaning toward not going with them, my friends needed me more, especially Ayame. When I left the classroom they were still in the hall waiting for me. I sighed shaking my head and heading back to my locker to swap out my books for the next class before heading to the lobby to meet up with my friends for lunch.
"Why?" I asked as they followed me persistently.
"Pardon, un?" Deidara seemed confused by the simple question.
"Why do you want me in the organization?" I asked again.
"Our leader thinks that you would be a great asset to our organization, un."
We were now entering the main lobby when there was a loud high pitched scream. I know that scream all too well, I tossed my things at Sasori and ran to the source. Another Akatsuki member stood in the lobby, a raven haired one, he raised his hand about to hit Ayame. I was not going to let that happen, I stood in front of Ayame taking hold of the Akatsuki member's hand as he brought it down.
"It's not very nice to hit a woman," she warned lightly, Ayame stood behind me holding my shoulders tightly.
"Itachi what are you doing here?" Sasori and Deidara caught up.
"Who are you?" Itachi asked coldly drawing back his hand and ignoring his fellow members.
"Kaya," I narrowed my eyes at him "I think you should leave now."
Itachi smiled moving around me to leave then took Ayame by the waist. I turned watching him put my struggling friend on his shoulder and challenged me to take her back. My hands balled up into fists, I was on school grounds and I couldn't rip him to shreds like I wanted to for taking my friend like that.
"Put her down…" I tried to keep my voice as calm as possible "NOW!"
"Uh oh," Mako came into the lobby with Kiyoshi "Poison is returning."
"Everyone, run, before you get infected," Kiyoshi laughed.
"Mako, Kiyoshi," Shinji wrapped an arm around both of their necks warningly.
"Stop teasing Poison or you'll taste her venom as well," Yasu teased coming up from behind.
"Would you all shut up!" Ayame shouted kicking her feet "I'm being kidnapped here! Kiyoshi help me!"
He put up his hands "Sorry Ayame but I'm not the fighting type. Mako?"
"No thanks. What about you Shinji?" she turned around to face him.
"This dude's too strong," he said backing away from the group.
"Yasu help me!" Ayame struggled.
Yasu didn't say anything. She saw me shaking and moved out of the way. I tried to calm down, I gave Itachi a chance now I'm seriously pissed. I didn't care if I got kicked out of school, if my friends refused to help get Ayame back I was going to do that myself.
"Would you all just SHUT THE FUCK UP!" I didn't take my eyes off Itachi for a moment "Put Ayame down or else."
"Or else what?" that challenging look still on his face.
I smiled "I'll give you a choice. If you put Ayame down I'll join the Akatsuki. If you don't then I'll rip you to shreds."
Itachi laughed at me "I think I'll keep your friend, and you'll join the Akatsuki."
I charged at Itachi, he dodged my attack and hit me on the back of the neck. I lost vision. I know I was angry but I'm not normally that blind to a counter attack. Either I was losing my touch or Itachi was really good at dodging. I refused to think I was losing my touch, it must have been because Itachi had Ayame on his shoulders and I didn't want to hurt her.
