This is what I wished would have happened in "Hidden". It's about Clark and Chloe, OneShot, Lex and Lana.

IN LOFT WITH CHLOE
"Well Clark you can't stay in a relationship with her if you can't trust her." Chloe said.
"I can't expect Lana to react the same way you did Chloe." Clark replied, Lana was his new lover. The woman of his dreams. Now he has his powers back and he honestly cannot trust Lana to love him knowing his secret. And he can't be with her and have this whole side of him she can't understand.
"So what are you going to do Clark?" Chloe smiled.
"I don't know, now that I have my powers back I just don't think we can stay together I need someone I can tr…" Clarks voice trailed off. He needed someone he could trust, someone that could love him the way he needed, the way Alicia did, the way Chloe does. Chloe has always stood by his side, waiting for him to trust her. Wanting him to love her and now he realized he does, and he can.
"Chloe I think I found someone I can love. She's been here all along." Clark said cupping Chloe's milky-soft skin, pulling her in to kiss. When their lips touched a comfort flew through Clark. He found the woman of his dreams. The woman that has been here for him.
"Clark?" Lana's voice came in.
"Lana, its not what you think." Chloe's face was horrified.
"I think it is, Chloe, you were always jealous of me and Clark." Lana's face was now covered in tears.
"No Lana that's not it. I love you but," How was Clark going to explain that he wasn't in love with her, anymore. They gave each other something so special. Could he actually expect Lana to believe that he didn't use her?
"Yes Clark, But what? I gave you Something so momentous that I could only share with one person. Maybe Lex was right. Maybe I couldn't trust you. Maybe there is something wrong with me to expect you to trust me." Lana sat down fully crying now. Chloe realized that, that this whole Clark thing wasn't the problem.
"Lana tell me what's really bothering you." Chloe said taking her friends hand.
"I was coming over here to tell Clark that, that I was thinking and I realize that Clark and I have different destinies. He will always be protecting everyone. And I'm to selfish to share my life with the rest of the world, I can't live with the fact that he might die again. Fighting for the greater good." Lana loved Clark but she wasn't in love with him either.
But there was someone she loved, Lex Luthor. So Lana went to the mansion confessing her undying love for Lex, and Chloe and Clark went to start their year at Met U.
Lana managed to take Lex to this "good side". And Clark began his life as Superman with Chloe, the Daily Planet's "Lois Lane", at his side!
