I have returned! sorry to those who were getting annoyed waiting for me to do something but I have been at space camp on the other side of the country for the last couple weeks and I just got back a couple days ago. so another short chapter I love short chapters and by the way I think I might be cured of my alter ego's YEAH!

Takai ran through the forest his pursuers close behind. He knew he couldn't out run them for much longer, but he though hecould out smart them after all he thought they were just stupid dog demons. All of the sudden he heard a stream off to his right and grinned. It was time to use one of the tricks that had been passed down through his family for centuries. He veered right and ran straight into a clearing that was cut in half by a stream. Without bothering to slow down he ran directly through it and into the woods on the other side then without hesitating jumped into the first tree he saw. Then huddling down silently he waited. After a few moments the group of dog demons that had been pursuing him came through the trees and not even bothering to look up proceeded to attempt to find a scent. Takai had to stop himself from laughing here he was less than six feet above their heads and they could not seem to find him because he had removed his scent in the river. Suddenly they ran off and after waiting a few minutes just to make sure they were gone he laughed and leaped gracefully to the ground. Then he reached up and from his back pulled a huge golden sword and ran his fingers over the runes carved into it "Soshi-Ken" he whispered. "what are you"
