Betrayal
From Sirius' POV:
"Peter!"
I screamed in anger and fury.
How could he have done this! Damn him! How could he have betrayed Lily
and James?
Loved ones gone,
Pleasant memories gone in an instant,
Someone has foresaken you.
Betrayal
Peter will get what he deserves...
A friendship torn,
Their conscience gone,
Someone has abandoned you.
Betrayal
I had him cornered. Nothing could stop me from getting my vengeance.
I looked at him with pure hatred and took a small step towards him.
Peter recoiled.
"Traitor." I whispered loathingly, wand raised.
Left behind,
Darkness follows their path,
Someone crossed over and left you.
Betrayal
Peter looked at me fearfully and cried out for all to hear, "Sirius, how could
you?!" A sudden explosion, dust and ash everywhere, bodies lying on the
destroyed street.
People were screaming as I stood still looking at the disturbing scenario.
Three wizards stood in front of me, wands raised high. "The Ministry of Magic."
I whispered, shaken.
I knew where I was going, I knew I had no evidence to prove myself not
guilty of these murders, and I knew I was never going to survive it.
To leave me alone,
To steal my freedom,
He was my friend until he betrayed me.
