The Saddest of Sapphires

Cephena Diggory just doesn't know how to go back to the person she was before her brothers death, she wants to be that person who smiles again. She needs a reason to smile again ... but will she find them in her best friends brother can he pull her away from all the vices that she has used to fill the hole her brothers death has created.

PREFACE~

As I walked onto the platfor saw people pointing at me and whispering to each other "Thats Cephena Diggory !" one whispered to the other "Diggory? She's Cedrics sister?!" the other would whisper back "yes poor dear!" they would respond shaking there head in sympathy.

CeCe had no patience for sympathy it simply annoyed her, Sympathy didn't bring her brother back from the dead, so yes Cephena didn't care for the pittying stares or the sad puppy dog looks putting the young beauty in a foul mood.

"Cephena !" she heard an annoying voice call out to her rolling her eyes at the fly like voice Cece ignored the girl calling out to her "Cece!" they tried again Cephena started to walk faster continuing to ignore the person calling out to her "Phe-phe!" they called this stopped Cephena dead in her tracks, Ginny Weasley's eyes quickly snapped to the two girls next to the train her brown eyes zeroed in on her best-friend as she waited for her to explode in a fit of violence and rage.

"What do you bloody want Chang!" Cephena hissed angrily

"you didn't answer any of my letters Cece" Cho exclaimed softly

"you think you'd take the hint Chang" Cece exclaimed in a hard tone

"Phe-phe your not the only person who loved Cedric" Cho exclaimed indignantly. Something in Cephena snapped whether it was Chang calling her beloved brothers nickname twice in ten minutes or the fact that cho thought the two were equal she didn't know but all Cephena saw was red. In a blink of an eye Cece had maneuvered it so she had grabbed cho chang by the scruff of her neck and slammed her into the side of the hogwarts express there was a loud bang as her back hit the Hogwarts Express

"Don't you ever confuse the love between Cedric and me with the silly school girl crush you had, Don't you even pretend to think you know how i'm feeling ! YOU KNOW NOTHING ! He was my big brother you know nothing" Ginny was standing behind her best friend

"Hey Phena it's okay babe, it's okay I know and so does Chang." Ginny told her best friend soothingly pulling her back and away from Cho.

"How are you related to Cedric?" Cho spat angrily clearly shaken

"I never said I was like my brother Chang" Cece smirked "simply that i loved him" and in that you saw a sadness in Cephena Diggory's eyes that you'd never seen before. Ginny Weasley wasn't sure if Cephena's sapphire blue eyes would ever look the same again.
