Chapter one: I try and defend Nico

After Nico told me his idea on how to defeat Kronos all I could about was how was I Percy Jackson going to bathe in the river of Styx and I didn't even want to even think about how Annabeth was going to react.

"Look Nico, man this is a lot to process" I did not know what to say it was all so complicated that I couldn't handle it. Just then my mom walked in my room and was surprised to see Nico.

"Oh, Percy you have company why didn't you tell me I just came to tell were leaving for the beach in five minutes", she said awkwardly, staring at me then back at Nico "So Percy why don't you introduce me to your friend here"

I shifted and turned to Nico "Um Nico this is my mom, mom this is my friend Nico he is another half-blood" I said quickly.

My mom said hi and asked me to step outside to talk so I did "what's up mom" I said quietly said then she told me.

"Well we were going to go to the beach can you ask your friend to come or do you need to leave" she said so softly that I could hear Tyson and Paul packing I didn't want to ruin a good trip so I nodded and went back into my room. To talk to Nico I figured we could talk more over there. He agreed to go but I could tell he was hesitating.

When we got to the beach me and Nico started to talk and he was telling me all the pro, but I could only think about the cons. Then my mom brought out the cake and Nico went and got some so my mom went to talk to me while Nico talked to Tyson.

"So who's his god parent" she said while looking at Nico, I couldn't decide on whether or not to tell my mom I deiced to tell her. "Uh... His dad is Hades"

"What his dad no Percy I want him to leave he his dad is evil h hates you he wants you dead" I was shocked at what she said I was so tired of people said about Nico it was so unfair and I just got so mad. Then Paul saw us and came over. "What's going on here?" I was still mad at everyone.

"Do you want to know what's going on I mean actually going on?" As he started replied back I just so mad I kept on going, "Well let me tell you I am a demi-god half god and half mortal' my dad is Poseidon the god of the sea earth shaker and he is very powerful that makes me very powerful do you want to see what I can do?" I saw my mom's face and she was shaking her head so was Nico but Tyson was smiling he looked like he was waiting for me to do a magic trigc or something.

Nico was too scared to move or stop me. Then at corner of my eye I saw Annabeth and Thaila worries look like they knew I was about to do something stupid but I didn't care at the moment, turned to the ocean and said out loud "wave" sure enough a huge title wave came up jus to make sure he would believe me I I said "tornado" then a huge tornado came and I told it to go back down.

Everyone was staring at me complete amazed and shocked at the same time I was just worried about Nico. I knew he would blame himself for this so I walked over to him to leave because Nico was a half blood like me and if he wasn't welcomed here neither was I we started to walk when he told me we could leave a lot faster but I will have to trust I told him go ahead. Then all of a sudden there was shadows all around us thats when I saw Anna beth and Thalia run after us with shock still on their faces, but then we weren't their anymore we were in a cave that looked like an hideout I guessed it was Nico's but before i got to ask Nico fainted.

Authors note: I know there was not a lot of Annabeth their will be in the next chapter.
