ADragon's Rant: This is a poem I wrote for my best friend and dog Max the night before he died. Today marks five years since he passed away and I still miss him very much, he was my shoulder to cry on, he was always with me and he was the surprise ever, Max was born at the end of my bed when I was three.
A Friend With Fur
You have always been their for me
Good times and bad.
You have watched over me
and comfort me when I'm sad
You have a heart of gold
You are a very dear friend
It's almost time for you to go
But I know our friendship will never end
Forever you will watch over me
You have right from the start
I will miss very much
But I know you will always be in my heart
