It was morning and Hotch woke up with a hangover. Last night the team had all gone to the bar and he had apparently drank more than he thought he had. He flopped his arm down and was shocked to feel another body in his bed. He turned his head and shock and relief both filled his eyes. Laying beside him on his bed was none other than the woman he has been secretly in love with for almost a year now.
He lifted the blanket off of them and got another shock. Both of them were naked. He groaned as he put his head back on his pillow. Why did he have to make love with her for the first time when they were both drunk and he didn't even remember any of it. He closed his eyes and sighed. As his eyes were closed he saw flashes of him and Prentiss. He could even hear her moans in his mind as the flashes came again slower this time. He knew then that he wanted to do what they did last night again but this time he wanted to be sober.
He opened his eyes when he felt the body next to his shift. He turned his head and saw her eyes fluttering. His heart sped up as she finally opened her eyes and looked at him. He smiled when he saw the memories of last night in her eyes. He was relieved to see that she at least remembered what had happened. His heart rate kicked up another notch when she gave him a smile as she ran her hand across his chest.
"Good morning Hotch. I hope that you're not shocked to have me in your bed." Prentiss said with a smile.
Hotch shook his head but stopped when it started to hurt. "Honestly I was shocked when I first woke up. I'm sorry to say that when I first opened up my eyes I didn't remember any of last night but when I closed them it all came back to me. I want you to know I didn't bring you home with me and into my bed just because I was drunk. I have wanted you in my home and in my bed for almost a year now. I love you Emily and last night was only the beginning. I hope that you won't mind a repeat performance now that I'm sober."
Prentiss lifted her head an inch and gave Hotch a hot open mouthed kiss. "I love you too Aaron. I knew last night that you loved me. You kept repeating it to me as we were making love. If all you see if flashes then you probably don't remind me telling you to tell me that you love me when you are sober."
Hotch chuckled. "No I don't remember that. I'm sober now Emily so I will tell you again. I love you."
