Jenny was heading back to her car after a rather uneventful session at the gym. She enjoyed going to the gym, hell, she probably spent more time at the gym than she did at her own home. She was a naturally energetic person, so it made sense that she would treat the gym like a second home.
On her way back to her car, Jenny's car keys split from her grasp. "God damn, I'm such a klutz." She thought to herself as she walked over to her car to set down her gear. As she set her stuff down on her car, she heard a woman quietly call out. "Excuse me?" Jenny's heart jumped, and she turned around, clearly startled by the voice. Her eyes fell upon a woman, likely the same age as herself. Upon seeing the woman, Jenny released a sigh of relief. The woman then held out her car keys. "Here you go." She said, in an almost sickly sweet voice. Jenny then let out a breath, and then moved to take the keys. "Thanks." She said, embarrassed at her clumsiness. "I am such a klutz." Jenny joked. The woman simply smiled and replied, "Don't worry, me too." The woman then changed the subject away to Jenny's shoes. "I love your shoes, they're so cute." Jenny looked down at said shoes and replied, "Custom-designed girls can rock limited edition kick, too, right?" Jenny said. The woman slowly responded, "Absolutely." Then Jenny realised, she didn't even know the woman's name. Just as Jenny was about to ask, the woman, almost as if she had read her mind (which Jenny would not have found surprising, what with all those crazy powers over in Central City), the woman spoke. "I'm Dinah, by the way." "Jenny" She replied, in a polite tone. Dinah smiled again at Jenny and said, "It's really nice to meet you."
Jenny reciprocated and began to walk back to her car, as she unlocked her door, she turned back to see Dinah walking away. Jenny, thought to herself, "Ah, what the hell?" and then called over to Dinah. "Hey, Dinah?" Dinah turned around, and faced Jenny. "You want to go get a drink? If you're not too busy?" Dinah stood still for a moment, which felt like an eternity, as she considered the offer. Deciding that no harm could come of it, Dinah responded, "Yeah, sure. That'd be great." As Dinah, walked over to Jenny's car, Jenny's opened her door and sat down. Dinah casually walked over to the other side and did the same. Jenny started the car and pulled out of the parking space. Jenny said, "I know this club a few blocks away, you'll really like it." Dinah simply smiled and nodded at Jenny, before turning her head and looking out the window, wondering what'd gotten herself into.
