Radiantly Red
Summary: Axel is in love with a certain blonde named Demyx, and little DemDem names everything he loves about Axel- well, the red things. AU. AkuDemy. Rated T.

Axel lifted his and Demyx's hands, the ones where their fingers were interlaced, and kissed Demyx's knuckles. Demyx smiled warmly and looked into Axel's gorgeous emerald eyes.
"What do you have on your mind?" Axel asked. Demyx looked down at their hands.
"I was just thinking about us... about what I love about you." Axel raised an eyebrow.
"Really? What is it that you like about me? Oh, is me being good in bed one of them?" He asked with a smirk. Demyx snorted slightly, blushing. Sure, that was one of them, but he would never admit that to the obnoxious redhead. Axel smiled and tilted his head, they were sitting across from each other under a tree at a park. There was a small wind, barely noticeable, and the sun was shining brightly. Demyx looked up at Axel.
"I love your red hair, it's like a wild mane of a lion, it's soft and tangle-free. I love running my fingers through your hair, it feels like silk, even when you gel it, and I love tugging on it during.. well..." He trailed off, blushing. Axel smirked and pecked the blonde's lips.
"You're so cute. Tell me more." Demyx looked up at his lover of two years.
"I love the way your face goes red when we talk about sex, or when we're having sex. Your blush drives me insane, it's a beautiful scarlet." He said, smiling. Axel kissed Demyx's knuckles more.
"I love when the white parts of your eyes go red when we get into an argument and you start to cry, because I know you hate it when we yell at each other, and it hurts. I feel like I need to comfort you, and that's what usually happens." Axel looked into Demyx's impossibly blue eyes. Demyx leaned closer.
"And lastly, I love how red your heart is, it beats faster whenever I'm near you, when we have sex, and when we're just touching. A simple nudge, a simple touch, and it makes your face, heart, and eyes go red. I love that about you, you're so radiantly red." Demyx leaned closer and closed the gap between the two, their lips met in a small but passionate kiss. When they pulled apart, Axel nuzzled his nose against Demyx's and wrapped his arms around the blonde's waist.
"I love you, too, Demyx." Demyx smiled.
