"I think we both know, the moment we do, it won't be the start of something, it'll be the end. Think about it, Chuck and Blair going to the movies? Chuck and Blair holding hands?"
Chuck holds up two tickets for a late night sessions and asks, "So will you accompany me?."
"You want to take me to the movies?" Blair's mouth is hangs open and her brown eyes are wide.
She can't take this seriously, she remembers that conversation from it seems like years ago. But thinks have changed now right?
"What's wrong with the movies, well apart from the gum on the chairs and the annoying people who don't shut up. But that won't have to matter, we have the whole cinema to ourselves"
Chuck looks really serious about this and happy. Blair thinks he as forgotten about everything he has ever said to her.
"Chuck and Blair going to the movies?" She draws it out and sees his face light up even more.
"You don't have to worry it won't be that scary, I will even hold your hand."
At this point its easy for her to see that he hasnt forgotten and he never will. You cant just erase history like theirs.
I laugh escapes from her lips and she nods excitedly. She reaslises that they wont ever be able to lose what they have over simple things like movies. This is no end to Chuck and Blair.
"Okay but only because you love me."
