Hey y'all. This is for the Greek Mythology Mega Challenge. I hope you enjoy c:

Lily Evans walked to the prefects bathroom, her unfocused eyes not taking in her surroundings. She was currently fighting a battle within herself. Between her heart and her brain. After hours of interrogation by her best friend, Lily admitted that she could quite possibly have feelings for the infamous James Potter. She sighed, opening the door in front of her.

"Lily?"

The redheaded girl looked up, her eyes looking like that of a deer in headlights. Standing in front of her was none other than James. He stood by the already drawn bath with his shirt on the ground, his glasses off, and his hands moving to zip up his undone trousers. Lily's hands shot up to cover her eyes, her face turning as red as her hair.

"Oh, James." She stuttered, turning around. "I'm so sorry."

"It's fine." He said, the smile apparent in his voice. James pulled his shirt back on and walked over to her, putting his glasses back on. "Uh, what are you doing in the boys bathroom, anyway?" he asked, running a hand through his shaggy hair. "Did you follow me in here?"

She blushed harder, "N-no." Lily said, peeking through her fingers at him, then dropping her hands, "I just wasn't looking where I was going and walked into the wrong room."

"I was kidding, Lil." He said with a wide smile.

An awkward silence filled the room.

"Well, uh, I'll be going now." Lily said and quickly hurried to the door, pushing it open and leaning against the wood when it was closed. She took in a deep breath and slumped down slightly, closing her eyes. And, in one quick motion, her eyes opened and she swung the door back open and she walked back in. James was in the middle of taking his shirt back off when he turned back around.

"Li-"

"I have a question for you." She said quickly.

James blinked a few times, "O…kay." He responded, "What's up?"

Lily sighed and took a few steps closer to him. She played with the ends of her hair, looking down at her feet. "Do you…" she looked up at him, "Do you really like me?"

"Lily…" James said, cocking his head to his side, "Haven't I made it quite obvious I more than fancy you?"

Lily smiled a bit at all his antics over the years. "Yes, you have." She said, "But, it could have all just been a joke…"

James reached for Lily's hands. "Lily," he said slowly. "I… I'm in love with you. I'm completely in love with you and I want you to believe me."

"I do." She said, smiling softly. "Thank you James." Lily leaned over and gave him a kiss in his cheek.

His hand hovered a spot where her lips had touched his skin, his eyes wide and sparkling. A wide smile crossed his face as he looked at her. "Did you just… kiss me?"

Lily giggled, "No, I kissed your cheek. There's a difference." She informed him.

"Right." He said, rolling his eyes. "You kissed a part of my body and that's all that matters to me right now."

Lily smiled. "You know, you're very sweet, James." She said

"Thank you, Lily." He said, playing with his hair a bit.

Lily looked at him a few moments, then shook her head, "Oh right, you were going to take a bath. Sorry."

"It's fine." James said, "Don't worry about it."

She turned around and made her way to the door, turning a bit when she reached it. "I'll see you later?" she asked him.

"Of course. You'll never be able to get rid of me after this."
