Summary: When Buffy and Faith notice the vampire population has been bigger then usual Buffy had a bad feeling about this. She could tell something big was coming. Together these two girls slay vampires, kill demons, and save the world from never ending evil and still live a normal life.
Chapter one
It was a dark cold night at Sunnydale the streets were empty at this time of night. Meanwhile at a Sunnydale cemetery a vampire was running away from someone, It was a girl in her early twenties with long blonde hair in a pony tale and she wasn't to far behind. When she finally caught up to the vampire, she kicked him in the back of his knee making the vampire collapse.
"Why do you always run when you make it no where?" She said as she swung her leg into the side of his face making the vampire hit the ground.
Buffy pulled out a stake from her leather coat and stabbed the vampire in the heart turning him to dust instantly.
"What's up with so many vampires this week? I slayed about eleven." She said. Buffy left the cemetery and headed toward the Magic box. She walked down the street and heard a scream in an alley so she began to run toward the sound. But before she reached the alley the vampire went flying out, slamming into the cement.
"Hey B. I got this," This brunette girl said and walked out of the alley. She picked the vampire up by his shoulders and slammed it into a pile of trash cans.
"Faith you always new how to make an entrance," Buffy said sarcastically
Faith walked over to the pile of trash were the vampire growled and staked him right in the heart, leaving ashes all over the black trash bags.
"Good thing were out side or it be a pain to clean up ashes all over the furniture." Faith said as she wiped off some of the ashes that blew on her. "So what's up B.?" Faith asked as she walked out of the alley.
Buffy looked at Faith as they began to walk down the street. "Didn't you notice the vampire population has been up more then usual? I killed like eleven vampires in the past week."
"There's no worry. We're slayers. We kill the bad guys," Faith responded.
"You mean by that the ones that are already dead…Right?" Buffy interrupted Faith.
Faith stopped and looked at Buffy, "My point is if something is coming, we will be able to handle it,"
Faith turned around and began to walk toward the Bronze as Buffy followed. "I guess your right." Buffy said now back to walking next to Faith.
