Something Wrapped

This was from a writing prompt, and that was all it said, was, "Something Wrapped." In my version, it's more of a someONE. An Iron Man, kind of a someone. And he's got two very helpful more-than-friends to help him with the unwrapping, one who's a little Frost Giant-y, and one who's kind of Hulkish.

"Me?"

And in unison, from the bed, two heads nod.

"Me?!" A note of panic enters the voice; Tony never undresses for anybody.

Silky tone, a voice that even sounds green-and-gold: "An interesting question." Smug look on the face; Loki does "smug" better than anyone. "What do you say, Professor Banner?"

Gruff voice, a man on the verge of "bringing the monster;" it is appetite as well as anger, that draws the Hulk. "Oh, definitely." Playful glance, green, Hulkish sparkles, in brown eyes. "Didn't he say that's what he wanted? 'Take the man out of the can,' weren't those his exact words?"

Teasing Loki: "I believe they were, Professor Banner."

And helpful Bruce: "Perhaps with some champagne…"

A panicky Iron Man grasps at any straw. "Yes. Champagne. Lots and lots of… but wait… Do we have any Grand Cuvee? You know I only drink Grand Cuvee. I'll go get us some."

Bruce is back with a bottle. "We have André," a flat voice. "Pink André. You remember when we were at BevMo and you said it would be a hoot?"

Tony is huffy. "I don't use words like 'hoot'."

And Loki's silky voice curls in the room. "He's wasting time."

A pop, Bruce opens the bottle, pours wine for all of them. "I believe he is, Your Highness."

"His New Year's resolution," Loki says. "What was it he said? 'Take the man out of the can, anytime, anywhere'?"

"I believe he did say that." Bruce slurps champagne. He shoves a glass Tony's way. "Here, Iron Man, have some."

And a chuckle from Loki. "Let's see if he's iron all the way down."

"Me?" Squeak from an outraged genius-billionaire-playboy-philanthropist. "But I'm not even wearing my suit." And, "Wait," as he grasps at yet another straw, "I'll go get it… Won't be a minute, you guys," but it's too late. And four hands descend on Anthony Stark, Manhattan's most talented playboy. Four hands… And if two of them are green by the time they get there, and two are maybe blue-tinged a little bit, what of it? Because Loki and Bruce have shown their other side lots and lots of times since they've been together, and in all the ways you can think of. Now it's time for the Iron Man to do the same.
