On June 2nd an odd person was born, she would become a ninja and a masochist, her family is a mystery but she was trained by Hattori Zenzo's father, grew up with her teacher's son and others, she became a great assassin with glasses until she met Gintoki. Since she met him, her life and all of Kabuki-chou's have been thrown upside down, ever since they met till the fiasco with her glasses, her love remained unrequited. He cares for her though, he protected her from the assassins' assassins when she needed help, Ayame might be a crazy stalker but they care for each other nonetheless, all of her crazy adventures in Kabuki-chou from Zombrows, the organ stealing doctors, the multiple Santas, the aliens and screwdrivers, the character popularity poll arc, to the current insanity just goes to show how great she is as a ninja and a crazy person she will always be. Gender be damned, she is herself, woman or man, as she shows us in the genderbent arc, even through all her crazy antics, her love for Gin is ever present and only time will tell what will happen to this iris now.
