Sokka's Many Girl Friends
And
His Screwed Up Love Life
-
Sokka pulled away from Suki's kiss.
"What's wrong?" asked Suki. It had been so sudden she assumed something had happened.
"Nothing," he said.
"He's lieing!" Toph yelled over from where she had been standing.
"Sokka," said Suki. "Tell me."
Sokka glanced around and seeing how Toph had left said, "I don't know how much more I can take of this."
"Of what?"
"Suki, something happened at the North Pole."
"What? Just spit it out Sokka!"
"There was a girl there. Princess Yue. Me and her. It just clicked." Sokka looked at the ground guiltly.
"So you left me for a princess!" said Suki angerily. "I hope the next time you see here you tell her about me."
Suki hit Sokka on the head with her fan before walking off.
Sokka just sat on the ground. What had he done? Yue, Suki...that Toph seemed like she liked him, even though she would rather die then admit it.
He put his head in his hands.
"You can fight the Fire Nation but your love life is so messed up it doesn't matter," he murmmered to himself. "What am I going to do?"
Toph walked over to Sokka. "Want dinner?
"No," said Sokka roughly. He didn't want to see Suki.
"Great, can't wait to tell the others Zuko is among us," said Toph sarcasticaly as she walked away.
Sokka soon relised something. He couldn't tell Yue about Suki because Yue was...gone. It hurt to think about that but he had to get over it and set things straight.
He loved Suki and that was that. Yue had simply been puppy or false love. Suki was the real thing. Toph might be hurt by it, but she had to get over that. He loved Suki and if he was lucky, Suki still loved him.
He stood up and saw Aang coming over. "Toph said you wern't coming so I thought something had to be wrong. You usually love food," he said walking over to him.
"Girls," said Sokka leaning on a rock. "They make you full of a mushy fealing inside of you that doesn't want to go away even though you want it too."
"I get that feeling too," said Aang.
"About who? Toph?"
Aang blushed. "No, not Toph, just some girl - some girl from a hundred years ago," he lied. Who knew what Sokka might do if he find out Aang liked his sister. He had completly freaked when Aang burnt Katara.
"Suki," mummbled Sokka. "Why do girls have to be so confusing?"
Aang shrugged and leaned against the rock next to him. Snapping his fingers, Aang ran off.
Sokka shook his head gently. "Maybe his girlfriend got frozen in a chunk of ice like him..."
Suki came around the corner, walking slowly and looking at the ground. Once she was near Sokka she said, "I'm sorry for just running like that. I should of given you time to explain... Would you?"
Sokka looked at Suki. "Suki, you have to know you are the only girl for me. Yue was just some beautiful girl that likes me and made me think I liked her. I didn't though. It wasn't real." He clutched Suki's hands.
Suki leaned forward and there they were, together again, just like at the beginning.
A/N: Yeah, it is corny. Get over it. I plan on making another one where Suki, Katara and Toph have a talk.
