"Stop i said!"
Her screams echoed across the room but couldn't make their way out.
Barely had they, but as soon was she silenced.
The bloody rag on her mouth, hindering her wretched yelling, her choking voice and her cries. And the one who owned it, it was his blood on it. She could almost taste it, the metallic taste of his life esscence. He had his eyes dead on her, the white had gone stark black and the pupil was red with veins spread.
He was injured, but under her own frightened eyes, the knife wound she had inflicted on him quickly healed itself. If anymore, her eyes widened.
Monster...
The thin drop of blood dripping down his cheek wasn't his as well. But nor it was hers. The sweet landlady sure didn't deserve such fate, her bloody horror stricken face had forever been frozen on her now cold dead body.
"M-Mama?" A soft small voice quivered from afar. Her eyes watered, all her shock melting to anxiety. The little auburn haired child looked from the doorway, her mother being assaulted by her step-father.
And momentarily, the man in question turned his rabid gaze to the shivering child as she stared at her mother in such terrible condition.
A long maroon tail seemed to grow from the man's waist and attack the child who quickly dodged by falling back on the floor.
The mother screamed through the cloth, attracting back attention, while signalling from her tied hands for the child to run.
The child just stared back, her expression horrifically bland. And then something snapped.
Something clicked.
And the man fell on his back. Dead.
The mother stared at him in amazement and relief before looking back at her little child.
She gasped.
Tentacles coloured with blood at the tips were retreating back behind the small girl, her eyes much similiar to the attacker.
She fainted as soon as they had gone while the mother lay befuddled and traumatized between 2 dead bodies and the monster of her own blood.
Rather vague for a start and short but it's a prologue so i guess there is no compulsion for it to be long, ne? Tokyo Ghoul fan fiction on work finally! I know, Tentacles are kind of cliche but hey! I think It'll still work out beautifully. :) After all, It's only the start of a long way.
