A/N: A short poem of Sakura's thoughts after Sasuke leaves the village and her decision. Thanks goes out to a friend who came up with the title.

"The Fan That Blew Me Back"
The Fan that blew me back –
The last if it I saw –
A glimpse of red and white feathers
In my last attempt to stop it.
But it never wavered
And pushed me away.
When its gusts left,
My vision cleared,
Moved me forward.
I stopped my focus
On fighting back its gusts;
Stopped trying
For it to notice my efforts.
Now there's nothing to distract me.
But I can't forget the Fan that left
So now I fight to find it –
To bring it home –
Because now,
I will no longer
Be blown back.
