Stitch sat by the door eagerly awaiting his friend's return from school. He watched expectantly knowing she'd be home soon. Lilo had been ignoring him all week well more like month…. or year. She'd grown especially distant lately Nani said it was a teenager thing but… Stitch wasn't convinced. she did promise today they would hang out just like old times. So he had been particularly excited all day. Then finally she came through the door staring at her phone marching up to her room talking or texting on it. Stitch didn't know the difference. On she went though Completely bypassing him as usual.
Stitch stared at his clawed hands for a minute with a frown. "Why does Lilo hate Stitch" He sniffled A large shadow was cast over him. Jumba stood in the doorway with a small knowing smile "experiment 626 what is being thematter?" He asked obviously knowing the answer he let out a loud sigh "come experiment 626" he said offering his kind smile and gentle nudge towards his lab.

Jumba knew of all of Stitches woes. He understood him on a much deeper level than even evil genius could admit. This led Jumba to once again question whether it was a glitch in Stitches programming or perhaps the old scientist own imperfections which he projected on his greatest creation somehow. Perhaps subconsciously he had unintentionally given Stitch these flaws? Perhaps his longing for understanding had led him to this point. Perhaps the real reason he was fascinated with creating life was in hope one of them would be like him? Jumba was not normally introspective so he cast these silly notions. They never be getting evil genius anywhere. They arrived in his lab where they took seats across from one another "what is being the matter 626?" He asked already knowing the answer. linguistic skills aside his creation was always smarter than he let on. Just like Jumba turn up the crazy, turn down the evil, keep the genius, federation was happy and no one thought anything of bumbling genius. It was not being so hard.
His prize creation was no different act like friend and generic family pet. Try to remind little as possible about brilliance. Let self be captured by large fish man, Pretend to struggle against other experiments. Boom no longer appear to be greatest threat in the galaxy. Federation no longer remember strongest life form in galaxy is still a threat. Jumba crosses his arms in thought. They were too similar.
Alas somewhere along the line Jumba and Stitch had developed a more mutual understanding and seeing his little experiment suffer so. Broke his evil genius heart. He did care for him he was evil geniuses pride and joy. Is why he built 627 to push 626 to new heights remind him why he was best.
Stitch looked into his creators four sympathetic eyes "Lilo forgot Stitch" he watched the large scientist frown. Before smirking this meant Jumba had an idea and even Stitch knew that this was not a good thing.
"Perhaps Jumba start playing with experiment 151 perhaps he modifies it? Eh maybe now it permanently returns people to their child form instead of infant one Lilo no be having interest in boys should she be kid again. Eh?" He seemed confused by Stitches still four move "be back too 626 best friend right?"
Stitch shook his head vehemently "naga" he said looking up at Jumba "if Lilo move on then so must Stitch" he said sniffling.
Jumba knew this wouldn't end well. He knew his experiment was cracking and fraying at the seems but he was a scientist he would do what he does best observe. Then immediately interfere.
He watched as Stitch down trodden leave the lab. Jumba sighed Stitch said he didn't want Jumba's interference but that never be stopping evil genius before. He cackled as he got his capture equipment and set out. "Ah experiment 151 Jumba is coming for you" He grinned letting his evil genius laugh out. And then he departs from his lab.

Lilo sat up all night in her room she had a big date this Saturday and it had more or less swallowed her attention for the entire week. She laid down on her bed phone in hand texting her friends. She didn't here Stitch enter. Nor did she notice how sad he looked in the corner.
Stitch watched the girl he had come to love on earth playing with her phone. His eyes filled with sadness and contempt he curled up for another miserable sleepless night alone.
Lilo was oblivious to her first friends plight as she stayed up nearly all night on her phone. As time had gone on it had become easier for her to treat Stitch more like an actual dog and less like a friend.

In the middle of the night Stitch stirred to life in a rage. His eyes flashing green. He held his claws inches from Lilo's throat. He grabbed his head with a hiss before he fled the room.
He climbed out the window and ran into a dense area filled with trees. he began ripping trees up from the ground. He began shredding them apart. And Picked one up using it as a giant club smashing a huge clearing in the middle of the small forest. He roared before collapsing with a huff. "if Lilo replace Stitch" he sniffed "Stitch just replace Lilo." He said crying into his hands.
Stitch sat alone in the clearing surrounded by the wreckage he had made. Sobbing as the skies opened up. Rain slamming down upon The tiny blue alien's head. Thunder roared in the sky as Stitch sobbed. Crying his eyes out.

Stitch groggily got up and grabbed his head he felt miserable. He groaned crawling his way back home. He was caked with mud and just wanted to rest and remember how things used to be. He climbed the stairs going to Lilo's room curling up. He looked down at a photo of them together "OHana means family, family means-family means…" he growled ripping the photo up with a sob.

Jumba smirked holding the tiny pink creature in a glass capture pod. He returned to the lab with the creature. His evil genius laugh all that could be heard "we be having much work to be doing 151" he said with the evil glint in his eyes. "Much work indeed" he said with a final laugh.
