Chapter 1

Midnight

SALF Headquarters

Two men stood in the SALF Hq room. They had been monitoring a meteor close to Earth all night.

FIRST MAN: Anything yet?

SECOND MAN: Nope. Hold on…

The screen flashed violently. Suddenly, the flashing stopped and a face appeared on the screen. The room was filled with the sound of evil laughter and the screen went blank.

SECOND MAN: What was that?

FIRST MAN: I've seen that face before…on a video game I bought for my son.

SECOND MAN: Which was called?

FIRST MAN: Saw.

Suddenly, the meteor crashed in the room. Four creatures steeped out, one of them carrying a baby, another carrying a box. Inside the box was the face.

SAW: Somebody call?

The eyes glowed red. Two red beams shot out at the men, who fell unconscious.

Saw laughed an evil laugh, with the other four joining in.

BABY DEMON: Goo goo?

Road Rover HQ

PROF. SHEPHERD: The object just entered Earth's atmosphere.

The six Rovers sprang awake. They had been in HQ all night, tracking the same meteor as the scientists.

HUNTER: Any idea what it was?

PROF. SHEPHERD: No. But there's been a reaction where it landed.

In all the excitement, the Rovers had failed to hear a chopper arriving in the unused room.

MUZZLE: Hey, you hear that?

The Rovers looked at the door in confusion, then smiled and ran to the Chopper Room.

Once there, they found the Comanche, Joker's personal chopper. The door of the Comanche opened and someone in a red battlesuit stepped out, followed by ones in green, blue, pink and yellow.

BATTLESUITS: Power down.

Five coloured lights appeared, and then vanished. Joker stood there, along with four… well, they seemed to be canosapiens.

JOKER: I'd like you to meet my team. Sasha La Fleur – pink, Ace Hart – Green, Itchy Itchaford – Yellow, and Charlie Barkin – Blue. Oh, don't look so surprised. I wouldn't give away powers without testing them first.

HUNTER: Didn't we meet you in the "Twilight Incident"?

SASHA: If you mean Steel attacked you and tried to destroy the base, sure. We were visiting Earth.

JOKER: All animals look like this on our planet. Animals and humans live as equals.

MUZZLE: Cut the chat, we thought the Go ranger's war was on Montressor.

JOKER: We came here after following King Saw of the Almighty Ghost Empire.

HUNTER: Someone worse than Apollo?

JOKER: Yes. He plans to take over Earth, after his Montressor failure. It will be much easier for him here…unless I give you the new weapons I have brought.

MUZZLE: New weapons?

JOKER: The Thunderzords.

Parvo HQ

PARVO: Curses! We failed to defeat the Rovers AGAIN!!!

SAW: That is why I am taking over.

The four demons walked in with Saw's head and the baby. Saw's red eye beams fired at Parvo and his minions, knocking them out of the window.

PARVO: You'll never get away with thiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiis!

Saw laughed evilly.

SAW: I think I'm going to like it here.
