"Shockwave?"

Shockwave flinched when he heard that familiar deep voice pierce into his thoughts. "M-My lord? How may I help you?" He fumbled about and nearly dropped the book he was holding.

"I've been standing here for quite awhile and you didn't notice?"

"A-Ah, I'm sorry my lord, I must have been too caught up with my reading…"

"My, that must've been quite an interesting book." Megatron chuckled. Shockwave was very cute when he was acting like a clumsy child.

"Y-Yes, Lord Megatron. It is about a girl who is able to see the red string of fate of the people around her…"

"Red string of fate?" Megatron inquired.

"Y-Yes. The organics from the planet earth has an old myth.. Apparently, the gods of their world will tie a red string, invisible to the organic eyes, connecting people who are destined to be soul mates."

The room was silent for a moment.

"My lord?"

"Yes Shockwave?"

"Do you think that myth may be true?" Shockwave felt his face heat up. He flinched as Megatron walked towards him with a gentle smile.

"No. I do not believe in that silly legend." Shockwave blinked in surprise at Megatron's answer. He felt his Face hear up even more when Megatron grabbed him and pulled him into a hug.

"After all, I don't need a silly red string to tell me whom it is that I love the most." Megatron laughed and with that said, he pulled Shockwave into a kiss.
