Cagalli gave her speech about the Invasion put was interrupted by Meer Campbell the Fake Lacus. Then During Meer's speech Kira took Lacus and made her counter to clear up the darkness of the conflict of the Second Bloody Valentine war. When Meyrin was looking after her boyfriend Athrun, Lacus came in

"How is he," asked Lacus. " Meyrin responded, He seems still in pain but not as bad as it was"." That's good", said Lacus. "Do you want to take a walk with me," said Lacus. Meyrin in shock that the real Lacus was so nice in comparison to the other Lacus back when she was in Zaft. "Sure", said Meyrin. The as they walked Lacus asked the question " you love him don't you ", said Lacus. "Yeah I do a lot, I can tell he loves me back" said Meyrin. "How can you tell"?Asked Lacus. "Athrun seems at peace when he is with me and he is willing to protect me with his life", said Meyrin. "That's how I know Kira' loves me" said Lacus. "Really I guess we the same with our guys huh," said Meyrin. "Yes we are as Lacus Laughed a bit". "Want is it" said Meyrin. "Well it's been awhile since I talked to other girl like this," said Lacus." But don't you talk to Cagalli" said Meyrin. "Not really, mostly is small talk not much of anything you see we have very little in common, "said Lacus. " Dang" said Meyrin.

"Well I have to see how Athrun doing then I am going to bed." Okay ", said Lacus. She thought to herself she saw a lot herself in Meyrin Hawke. Meyrin walked down to the infirmary and saw Athrun standing up and wearing and Orb military uniform he asked, You were talking to Lacus. "Yup", " You look better" said Meyrin. "Thanks, I was wondering said Athrun," if you walk with me to the hanger tommrrow"? " Sure", said Meyrin, I'll be more then happy too as put her hand on Athrun's hand. Ok that's great I don't want be alone anymore", said Athrun. Me either. Athrun and Meyrin Kissed each other on the lips, and Meyrin thought to herself wondering when Lacus felt the same way before she meant Kira. Then she and Athrun and Meyrin held hand as they went to their room on the ship.
