Courage, on the other hand was rather happy that Stromwell got what he deserved.
To have him suffer the same horrible death he had inflicted on Courage's parents & many other dogs.
OK. this is starting to bring back bad memories.
If any of you remembered The Things I Do For Family then you may remember that Courage's parents were dead. But what if they weren't dead? Well, I wrote an alternative ending to find out.
Cause many of you might've liked that fanfiction, but I for one hate it! I mean,no offense,Tortured Artist i know you were trying to teach a valuable lesson but killing off parents of a troubled dog from a very sad episode that made millions of fans cry is no way to do it!

Once out in the open, Courage and his sister ran off together, back to Courage's ship.
With nothing to do but sit around & wait for help to answer their distress call.
Suddenly, Courage & Misty heard footsteps.
Courage figured it was a goragon.
Courage & Misty hid behind the ship.
The footsteps came closer.
It wasn't a goragon but a pink dog with a mustache & a pink dog wearing a hat.
Courage & Misty figured out it was their parents.
"Mom!" Courage said with tears of joy thinking he would never see them again!
"Dad!" Misty said with tears of joy thinking the same thing.
Henry & Lily saw their children & started to cry.
"Son! Misty!" Lily said
Courage & Misty gave their parents a hug.
"Mom,Dad, I thought I'd never see you again! I thought I failed you!" Courage said to his mother tearfully.
"I thought I'd never see you again too!" Misty said to her father. "We thought you were dead."
"Well, we're not, sweetie!" Henry said. "It's a long story"
Henry and Lily explained to their children how they escaped & what Misty thought were her parents that were mutated were actually pink lemdon duplicates that they made in Stromwell's lab as they fooled Stromwell as the duplicates looked exactly like them.
Courage told his parents how he saved his sister & how they both defeated Stromwell.
Lily began to cry, hugged her son & said "We're very proud of our baby boy!"
Henry hugged Misty & said "We're proud of you too!"
"Well Now all we have to do is wait for someone to get our S.O.S. signal & give us a ride." Courage said.
Henry & Lily looked at the rocket.
"You know," Lily said "We might be able to fix your rocket."
"You can?" Courage & Misty asked
"We knew a dog who was good with building rockets" Henry said.
So Henry & Lily built the rocket back together & fixed it.
When they were done,Courage,Misty,Lily and Henry got on the rocket & blasted to Earth.
Misty told them about a dalmatian who taught her all those moves of combat.
When they got there, Courage took his sister & his parents to the Bagge farm.
Courage introduced Muriel to his sister & his parents.
He told them they had no place to stay.
Muriel invited them to stay & Courage cheered for joy.
Courage was finally with his parents & the Bagge family got bigger!
