Margo, Edith, and Agnes were growing up and they got their own separate rooms, but ever since this happened, Agnes was always in her room and she was talking to someone.
Lucy knocked on Agnes's door. Agnes gasped and she opened the door. "Hi Lucy." Agnes said. "Morning Agnes." Lucy said. "What's going on?" Agnes asked. "Agnes, you've always been in your room." Lucy said. "Yeah. It's just that…..don't tell anyone. I have an imaginary friend." Agnes said.
Lucy gasped. "Aw. Agnes." Lucy said. Agnes got teary eyed. "I'm sorry." Agnes said and she started crying. "Oh no. I'm sorry." Lucy said and she walked away.
Margo and Edith were talking. Then they saw Lucy. "Hey Lucy." Edith said. "Hi Margo and Edith." Lucy said. "What happened?" Margo asked. "I made Agnes cry." Lucy said. "Why?" Edith asked. "Well I have something to tell you. I'm not supposed to tell you this, but Agnes has an invisible friend." Lucy said.
"I'm sorry. An invisible friend?" Edith asked. Lucy nodded. "Isn't that a little childish?" Margo asked as she was texting. "Well you know that Agnes is younger than you and Edith." Lucy said.
Gru and Dru were in the kitchen, looking at a laptop. Gru was doing some work. He was trying to find out what Balthazar Bratt was up to.
"What exactly are we doing brother?" Dru asked. "We're finding out what Bratt is up to." Gru said. "How about we just give him a five minute head start?" Dru asked. Gru sighed. "Dru, we gave fifteen hours." Gru said. "Why?" Dru asked. "Never mind." Gru said.
Lucy walked in. "Hey Lucy." Dru said. Lucy waved. "Something wrong?" Gru asked. "Well I made Agnes upset." Lucy said. "What happened?" Gru asked.
"Well I found out that Agnes has an imaginary friend." Lucy said. "Okay." Gru said. "And she thought that I was annoyed at her." Lucy said.
"Is that true?" Dru asked. "Are you mad at Agnes?" Gru asked. "No. She took it the wrong way." Lucy said. "Oh. So it was a mistake." Gru said. Lucy nodded.
"Can you help me talk to her?" Lucy asked. "Sure. Dru, we'll be right back. Don't touch anything." Gru said. "No problem brother." Dru said. Then when Lucy and Gru left the room, Dru started playing around with the laptop.
Gru and Lucy walked to Agnes's room. Agnes was talking to someone and Gru and Lucy heard her. "I'm alright. So what do you look like?" Agnes asked. There was silence. Only Agnes can hear what her friend was saying. "Oh. Cool. Your skin color is green." Agnes said.
"Aw. It's green." Lucy said. "What's green?" Gru asked. "Her imaginary friend." Lucy said. "Oh no. It's probably a mutant that Dr. Nefario made. Remember when he made unfriendly ducks when I told him to make friendly ducks?" Gru asked.
" Yes, but this is an imaginary friend. Only Agnes can see it." Lucy said. "I don't care if we can see it or not. I'm telling Dr. Nefario!" Gru yelled and he ran to his lab.
"Oh I wish I can introduce you to my family." Agnes said. Lucy knocked on the door. Agnes opened the door. "Oh. Hi Lucy." Agnes said. "How's your friend?" Lucy asked. "She's good." Agnes said.
"So your friend is a female." Lucy said. Agnes nodded. "Can you please leave now? My friend has to tell me something and it's private." Agnes said. "Okay." Lucy said and she left.
Gru walked over to Dr. Nefario. "Dr. Nefario! I have news." Gru said. "What is it Gru?" Dr. Nefario asked. "Agnes has an imaginary friend." Gru said. "Listen Gru, that's not a problem. People who are her age have imaginary friends." Dr. Nefario said. "So there's nothing wrong with her?" Gru asked. Dr. Nefario shook his head.
Lucy ran over to Margo and Edith. "I have some updates about the imaginary friend." Lucy said. "What?" Margo asked. "Your sister's imaginary friend is green and a female." Lucy said. "I know what it is. It's a plant." Edith said and she started laughing. Margo also started to laugh.
Gru walked over. "What happened?" Gru asked. "Gru, I have some news. Agnes's friend is a female." Lucy said. "Alright." Gru said. "What did Dr. Nefario say?" Lucy asked. "He said that it was normal." Gru said. "See? There's no problem." Lucy said.
"I still don't trust this." Gru said. "Gru, remember what Dr. Nefario said." Lucy said. Gru sighed. Then he and Lucy went back to Agnes's door. They were getting more information.
Agnes gasped. "Wow. You're half human and half animal." Agnes said. Gru and Lucy gasped. "Wow! Okay I want to meet this person." Lucy said. "So do I, but I'm not excited like you. I'm concerned about Agnes." Gru said.
"She's fine. I can't wait to see what her friend looks like! I'm so excited!" Lucy yelled and she ran over to Margo and Edith. "What's the update Lucy?" Margo asked. "Gru and I found out that Agnes's friend is half human and half animal." Lucy said.
"Whoa!" Edith said. "And you thought it was a plant." Margo said. "I was joking." Edith said. "Now she got me curious. I want to know what it is." Lucy said. "What about Gru? Does he feel the same?" Margo asked.
"Well not really. Unlike me, he's concerned about Agnes. He doesn't trust her friend." Lucy said. "Oh." Margo said. "Don't worry. I'm sure when he sees her friend, he'll like the idea." Lucy said. Then she went to Agnes's room and knocked on the door.
"Yes Lucy?" Agnes asked. "You got me very excited. I want to know what it is." Lucy said. "She wishes that had a mother like you." Agnes said. "I would love to be her mother. I want to see her." Lucy said. "I don't know Lucy. She's very shy." Agnes said. "Oh." Lucy said.
Gru went back to the kitchen and he saw Dru playing a game on the computer. "Dru, I told you not to touch the computer." Gru said. "Sorry brother. So what's up?" Dru asked.
"Agnes has a imaginary friend and I think I know what's going on. You have something to do with this. Here's what I think what happened. You stole a statue that was half human and half unicorn and then you gave Agnes green paint and she painted the statue!" Gru yelled.
"But you said that it was imaginary." Dru said. Gru sighed. "Never mind. Let's go back to work." Gru said. Lucy went to her room and she thought of a song. Then she decided to change the lyrics of the song and replace them with the facts that she has about Agnes's friend.
"What is Agnes hiding. What can it be? Felonius and I want to know. What can it be? It is a secret. She won't tell me. What is Agnes hiding? Is it good or evil. What can it be? This could be a new friend or an enemy. It's annoying. I want to know. What is Agnes hiding? We already have some facts. It is green, a female, and a hybrid! What is Agnes hiding? What can it be? Felonius and I want to know. What can it be? It is a secret. She won't tell me. What is Agnes hiding? It's annoying. I want to know. What is Agnes hiding? We already have some facts. It is green, a female, and a hybrid! Is it good or evil? What can it be? This could be a new friend or an enemy. It's annoying. I want to know. What is Agnes hiding? Is it a creature?" Lucy sang.
Gru walked in. "What were you doing?" Gru asked. "Oh I was singing." Lucy said. Gru sat down on the bed. "Something wrong?" Lucy asked. "Do you like the idea of Agnes having an imaginary friend?" Gru asked. "Yeah. You don't?" Lucy asked. "Like I said, I don't trust it. Who knows what it is. Bratt could be behind this." Gru said.
"I heard you say that Dru was behind this." Lucy said. "I thought so, but I could be wrong." Gru said. "Look, I get it. We never saw Agnes like this before." Lucy said. Gru nodded. "I just don't want her to get hurt." Gru said. "She's not in danger. If she was, she would be yelling for help." Lucy said. "You're right, but if it's a villain, I'm using my weapons." Gru said. "Okay Gru. Calm down. She's fine." Lucy said.
It is now one o'clock. Agnes was still in her room. Margo and Edith were a little worried. "Okay it's one pm, and Agnes never left her room. She had breakfast in her room and lunch in her room." Margo said. "I say we tell Lucy and Gru." Edith said. Margo nodded.
The girls walked to Lucy's room. "Hey girls." Lucy said. "Agnes is still in her room." Margo said. "Okay this imaginary friend is getting out of control and I just heard that her friend has an antenna." Gru said and he took his freeze ray out. Then he walked out of the room. "Gru." Lucy said.
Then Lucy went back to Agnes's room. "Agnes?" Lucy asked. Agnes opened the door. "Yes?" She asked. "Look, I might sound like a broken record, but I really want to know who and what your imaginary friend is." Lucy said. "Okay. My friend's ready." Agnes said. Agnes's friend came out. Lucy gasped.
"Wow. She's a butterfly." Lucy said. Agnes's friend gasped and hid. "No. It's alright. I'm not going to hurt you." Lucy said. "This is my mom, Lucy. She won't hurt you." Agnes said. Then Agnes's friend came back out. "What's her name?" Lucy asked. "Her name is Agnel. She's my guardian angel." Agnes said. "Aw. And Gru thought it was bad." Lucy said.
"Angel, this is Lucy." Agnes said. "Hi." Lucy said. "Hello." Angel said. "So you're half human, half angel, and half butterfly?" Lucy asked. Agnes nodded. "I can't wait to tell Margo, Edith, and Gru that I met your friend." Lucy said.
"Lucy, Angel is a little scared. She's only used to me and you." Agnes said. "Oh. I understand." Lucy said. Margo and Edith knocked on the door. Angel ran away. "No. Angel!" Agnes yelled.
Lucy opened the door. "Hey girls." Lucy said. "Well?" Margo asked. "Did you meet Agnes's friend?" Edith asked. Lucy nodded. "Yes. She's half human, angel, and butterfly." Lucy said.
Gru heard them. "What's half human, angel, and butterfly?" He asked. "Agnes's friend." Edith said. "See Gru? I told you there's nothing to worry about." Lucy said. "Lucy, that creature might be nice on the outside, but inside, it could be nothing but pure evil." Gru said and he went to get his weapon that he left on the table in the kitchen.
"Gru, it's not evil." Lucy said. "Lucy's right. Angel, please come out. My family wants to meet you." Agnes said. "Okay." Angel said and she came out. Margo and Edith gasped. "Hello." Angel said. "Hi. I'm Margo and this Edith." Margo said.
Then Gru came back. "Freeze ray!" He yelled. Angel screamed and hid behind Agnes. Lucy stopped him. "Cool it." Lucy said. "Sorry." Gru said and he put the freeze ray away. "This is Angel." Lucy said. "Oh. Wow. She's very harmless." Gru said. "Yeah." Lucy said.
"I'm Gru." Gru said. "Hello." Angel said. "Look, I'm sorry about trying to freeze you with my freeze ray. I thought that you were going to attack Agnes, but I learned my lesson." Gru said. For the rest of the day, Gru and his family were hanging out with Agnes's new friend, Angel.
The End.
