As Doumeki walked towards Watanuki's home, he couldn't help but sigh, he never visited after Watanuki got married. He didn't want to see how happy he was with someone else; his heart won't let him, as if the wedding wasn't hard enough. Now after five years he comes to pay his respects to Watanuki's late wife…Himiwari. He didn't know what to expect…much less say, all he knew is that he wanted to be there for him, he stood in front of the door for a whole two minutes before knocking.

The person who greeted him wasn't Watanuki; it looked like him only in a miniature girl version, but without the glasses. She was just as pale, her hair was the same color only longer and in pig-tails, which he thought that somehow it would suit Watanuki. He was snapped out of that thought by the real thing, Watanuki was standing right in front of him; and Doumeki was at a loss for words. Seven years of not seeing him, and all he could think about was of holding him in his arms.

Watanuki was the first one to speak by simply saying, "Thank you for coming." Doumeki once again found him-self at a loss of words, but this time it was from the sound of sincerity in Watanuki's words. Yet somehow managed to node his head, with nothing else said he enter the building. Then once again he noticed the little girl in pig tales, dressed in a little black dress, she was following Watanuki around everywhere like a little lost duck.

He stared at her, not sure of who she was, there was something about her but he decided to let that thought go, instead he made his way into the kitchen where Watanuki was. He didn't ask if there was something he can help at, he just simply put a pot to make tea, and bumped into something. The girl was now on the ground right in-front him, Doumeki was sure she would cry like most children, but was surprised when she just stood up and walked away with little tears trying to make their way down her face.

He saw her run into Watanuki's arms, Watanuki picked her up and embraced her. It hit him to ask, "who's the girl?" "Saori, she's my daughter." That hit Doumeki; he felt something in his stomach twitch, but reminded himself that things happened in the years they didn't see each other. Much like Watanuki, he too had gotten married.

Woo!!! (did you see that coming? ) more to come….when I feel like it.
