Lily smiled sadly as she held her baby boy, it was Halloween and she had a bad feeling, something just told her to take her son and husband, and run!
But if she ran, then it would put more people in danger, and she couldn't do that.
So she stayed. She put some music on low as she played with baby Harry, and that was when it happened.
Her house was under attack.
She grabbed her son and ran upstairs. She couldn't apparate, and she couldn't use the flu, they were trapped.
She felt her heart break, and that was when she knew her husband was dead.
A figure at the door startled her.
He looked like a snake, but the look in his eye reminded her of an alligator, hungry for blood and flesh.
She stood in front of her baby boy. She would die if it meant protecting her baby, she would die to protect everyone.
And with that thought in mind, she denied all offers of life from the man and stood her ground till the very end.
