Feet pounding against the pools of puddles forming.
Warmth. That is all I have longed for over the years.
The warmth of friends.
The warmth of a loving home.
But most importantly, the warmth of true love.
However, finding warmth while running from your past seems impossible,
and also irresponsible, if you are the one doing the running.
This is the story of the battles I encountered on my search for my warmth
and on the way, my past seems to come and haunt me whenever the
opportunity arises.
