History and Personality:
Carlotta, AKA Lotty, was orphaned at a young age. (Sources say about 10 years.) For many weeks, she tried to live on her own. As winter came to her city it became too cold for her to survive. Quite fortunately, she was picked up by a handsome young gentleman (a fellow by the name of Tacite Santino) who offered for her to live with him at a relatively small price.
Unspecific at the meeting, the price quickly grew to much larger terms. Santino wasn't what Lotty thought he was; it appears true that looks can be deceiving. Lotty feels she was robbed of a life she deserved, but she doesn't exactly mind her life with Santino.
Recent findings from an anonymous tip have lead DA-BR personnel to believe Lotty may be working for Santino as 'hired help', though this hasn't been detailed and has yet to be proven.
