"I want to keep her."

Puck looked over to Quinn, who was gazing lovingly at their newborn daughter who was fast asleep in her little bed and wrapped in a pink blanket, her eyes transfixed on the little bundle.

"I can't go through with this," Quinn continued. "I can't just give my child away. Because I love her already."

To say Puck was surprised would be the understandment of the decade. "Quinn-"

"I know we were never together exactly except for that one time," Quinn cut him off. "But I don't think she is a mistake. She's beautiful, just look at her. Puck, we can make this work out. I know we can. Don't you believe me?"

"I do," He said, and then he kissed her.

Quinn was shocked, but she kissed back. She allowed her body to crush against his, she let him run his fingers through her hair and touch her hips. When they pulled away, her eyes were sparkling with tears.

"Did you love me?" She asked, bracing herself for a bad answer. "He's going to say no," Quinn thought. "Why would he possibly love me?"

"Yes," Puck whispered, causing Quinn to smile. "And I love you a hundred times more now. Do you feel that way about me?"

"Yes. Yes I love you Puck. I want us to be a family. You, me...and Beth."

"Beth." It was more of a statement than a question.

"That's the name you wanted, right?" Quinn asked. Had she gotten the name completely wrong and screwed this family up already?

Puck just shook his head and repeated the name again. "Beth. Beth."

"Puck, are you okay?" Quinn questioned, raising one of her eyebrows.

"You're right," He said, his voice shaking. "We should be a real family. Beth deserves that."

Quinn gasped as Puck took her hands and pulled a gold ring from his pants pocket. "Is this-" She choked on the words and couldn't finish.

"I want to marry you." Puck said softly. "Maybe not now, maybe not for ten years. But someday. I want Beth to have two parents who can provide her a stable, happy, love filled life. But you're more than a baby mama to me, Quinn. You're a friend, a lover, a soulmate. You and our daughter are my everything. So, what do you say?"

Quinn nodded through the tears streaming down her face. "Yes. I want us to be a family."
