"I really can't stay."
"But baby it's cold outside."
"I've got to go away."
"But baby it's cold outside."
"This evening has been…"
"Been hoping that you'd drop in."
"...so very nice."
"I'll hold your hands, they're just like ice."

Kurt stood up and started walking away, Blaine following him.

"My mother will start worry."
"Beautiful what's your hurry?"
"My father will be pacing the floor."
"Listen to the fireplace roar."
"So really I'd better scurry."
"Beautiful please don't hurry."

Moving backwards towards Blaine, Kurt continued to sing.

"But maybe just a half a drink more."
"Put some records on while I pour."
"The neighbors might faint."
"Baby it's bad out there."

The two sat down, opposite of each other.

"Say what's in this drink?"
"No cabs to be had out there."
"I wish I knew how…"
"Your eyes are like starlight now."

Blaine watched Kurt through the frame he made with his hands.

"...to break this spell."

Kurt got up and walked away again, and once more, Blaine followed.

"I'll take your hat, your hair looks swell."
"I ought to say 'no, no, no sir'."
"Mind if I move in closer?"

As Blaine sang that line, he acted it out.

"At least I'm gonna say that I tried."
"What's the sense in hurtin' my pride?"

Kurt moved away again, Blaine's disappointment going unnoticed.

"I really can't stay."
"Baby don't hold out."
"Oh but it's cold outside."

Blaine played a few notes on the piano before Kurt's part started.

"I've gotta get home."
"But baby you'd freeze out there."
"Say, lend me a coat."
"It's up to your knees out there."
"You've really been grand."
"I thrill when you touch my hand."
"But don't you see?"

Kurt leaned over the back of a sofa.

"How can you do this thing to me?"
"There's bound to be talk tomorrow."
"Think of my lifelong sorrow."

Blaine leaned over the front of the sofa, facing Kurt.

"At least there will be plenty implied."

Blaine leans over the front of the sofa, facing Kurt. Then he leaned closer… and instead of warning Kurt against pneumonia, he closed the gap between them, pressing his lips carefully against Kurt's. Both boys' hands stayed planted on the sofa, the only connection between the two being their locked lips. Blaine ended the kiss abruptly, pushing away from the sofa.

"I'm sorry," Blaine said quickly. He sat down on the sofa, head down and not sure what to do next, until he heard Kurt.

"Don't be." Blaine looked up to see Kurt right there in front of him, grinning wildly. The countertenor sat down next to Blaine on the sofa.

"I really shouldn't have been so rash," Blaine said.

"I really don't mind," Kurt reassured him. To illustrate his point further, he grabbed Blaine's chin and pulled him into another kiss. First chaste, Kurt changed the tone, parting his lips slightly and pulling the older boy closer. When they separated, Blaine let out a shaky breath.

"Oh, your lips are delicious," Kurt smiled.

Because seriously, when they're so close like that, someone should have came into the room and pushed them into each other. : )
