V's pov
I pulled up to the hotel L said he was staying at and parked my Saturn aura in the parking spot closet to the doors of the hotel. I got out and grabbed my gift basket filled with chocolates, coffee, tea, doughnut, and cakes. If I remember correctly my dear friend had a sugar craving back at the orphanage. I've been working with him on cases for 10 years, I was with him when the LABD* murder case happened and when his sister turned on him for another boy that I meet at the orphanage.
I walked up to the front counter. "hello sir may I have the room number for Ryuzaki please." I asked in my sickly sweet innocent voice.
"sure miss. He's in room 513,ok" the desk clerk said.
"domo arigoto" I said as I made my way to the elevator.
L's pov
I just confirmed my first meeting with the taskforce when I heard a knock at the door. I checked the time….hum its still way to early for the taskforce to start showing up, so who is it?
"come in the door is unlocked"
"ok dude" a strangely familiar female voice answered.
V walked in through the door with a basket full of goodies that she probably made herself.
