In fact, he's the very reason the Weasley Twin's have run out of these treats. Under the false name Suzy Snake, Severus Snape orders this treat by the hundreds.
You wonder why his cape is so large? Its not for the cool affect, no that is only the half of it! The real reason is so he can hide all of those delicious Canary Creams under the cape!
