Disclaimer: I do not own Hetalia
Summary: Once when Amelia went missing, England was so worried she almost declared war on Russia. Fem!America x Russia and Fem!England x France.
Prologue
If there was something that Alice prided on, she was always been proud of her children. Her colonies were now full grown countries that stood alongside her showing how great a parent she was. A pride she often tried to impress on China when he comes into view.
From all her children, she often doted upon her problem child. One could even say her favorite child. And that would be none other than America. Such a fact that would often be the catalyst of animosity and rivalry among her children but that would be for another story.
It all happened when Amelia was ordered by her president to accompany the secretary of state to broker a peace with the Russian Federation. It was common knowledge that Syria's largest city Aleppo was hit by around 50 airstrikes from Russian and Syrian aircrafts.
The Russian government allegedly withdrew from the war in Syria in March. But this was clearly false, for the Kremlin kept a number of troops in the country. Many of the deaths came from airstrikes and barrel bombs which was Assad's weapon of choice.
Despite diplomatic communications between Moscow and Washington D.C. there was no indication that the war would end. Thus, the communication between the two needed a more personal approach. So Amelia was bribed into coming.
Personally she did not hold any animosity against Russia. The American people didn't really mind about Russia coming into the world stage. The people are sick and weary of war. With a large debt, the American people wanted the government to focus their sights on the homeland and not outside its borders. And despite the new president's racist antics, the people wanted change.
With the new president elect, trying to amend ties with the Russian government, the people hope for the Syrian war would end. They did not expect that they would almost come to blows with Russia when America's personification goes missing.
