A/N: I really seem to have this trend of writing oneshots that aren't on upcoming, and writing ones that I didn't plan…

Hollypaw collapsed on a pile of moss. The gathering had been a long one, and there had been more criticism than usual about Firestar's letting kittypets into the clan. Hollypaw had to admit she agreed with the other leaders somewhat; she stuck to the warrior code rigidly, and something about letting in kittypets didn't seem quite right…
The minute she curled up and her eyes closed, Hollypaw was deep in sleep. The rest was welcomed; the gathering had also been very argumentative.
The minute she found herself in a dream, though, Hollypaw wasn't quite sure the rest would be a good one…
She was in a forest. It seemed to have more shadows than the one in her territory, and everything was dark; the trees, the grass, the strewn about leaves. Even the night sky and the shadows seemed to be a shade darker than black. The only thing bright was the brilliantly shining moon.
"It was nice of you to let yourself come here, for once."
Hollypaw spun around, and found herself facing two cats. One looked exactly like her father, Brambleclaw, but with ice blue eyes and a white belly. The other she recognized instantly. Every cat knew his name, every cat learned his tale. Tigerstar.
"Why am I here? What do you mean?" Hollypaw spat, shoulders taut, ready to defend herself.
"Doubt brings you here," the Brambleclaw lookalike purred in a smug voice. Hollypaw guessed it was Hawkfrost, who had been her father's half brother.
"Doubt?"
"Doubt is the seed of a traitor. When you doubt your leader in something important, as small as the doubt may be, you are able to be brought here." Hawkfrost said. "Or in our case," Hawkfrost said, smirking, "you are able to be summoned."
Doubt? In her leader? In Firestar? And the seed of a traitor? That tiny agreement, that kittypets shouldn't be let into the clan? That couldn't be something able to bring her here.
But now that it was recognized, the doubt throbbed inside her. One of the things your leader, your grandfather stands most strongly on, is what you disagree with. Because it's against the warrior code. Against what you most strongly believe in, what you stick to like glue…
Tigerstar spoke for the first time. "And to answer you first question, dear granddaughter…" his deep voice had a tinge of mockery in it.
Don't call me that! Hollypaw almost spat. She loathed being related to him. He had disobeyed the warrior code, and she couldn't have that.
"You are here because I have a proposition for you."
A/N: Yes, it's short on purpose, and the ending is supposed to be like that. I may do a oneshot sequel to this, but for now, leave the rest to your imagination, because that's the point to this. I believe Hollypaw to be the most susceptible to what Tigerstar says, and I think she's going to be the evil one in the Power of Three.
