Annabelle wailed in despair. "Braces!!" she cried, "have you ever heard anything so embarrassing!"

"Hush sweetie, it's not that bad," murmured Elizabeth.

"Not that bad!" Annabelle shouted incredulously, "Have you ever heard of a vampire with BRACES?!"

Elizabeth growled, "Don't shout at me Anna!"

Annabelle bared her teeth and snarled.

"God you're impossible sometimes," muttered Elizabeth, storming out of the room.

Annabelle waited until she heard the click of heels fade away then threw herself onto her bed, grabbed a giant fluffy cushion, stuffed her head into it and screamed. Her normally pale face was pure white with anger, she was practically spitting venom. Tufts of her gorgeous blonde hair stuck out from her head in a disorderly fashion and her golden eyes were burning intensely. She was truly terrifying. When Samuel stuck his head around her door, he recoiled in fright,

"Holy shit Annabelle, what's wrong?" he asked, running over to her.

"The dentist says I have to have braces," she sobbed.

Samuel burst out laughing, "is that all! I thought someone had died!"

She looked so utterly forlorn that Samuel was really confused. "What?" he asked.

"Braces Sam, braces!" she said miserably.

The full implications of what she had said finally hit him. Samuel fell to the floor in hysterics.

"It's not funny!" Annabelle shrieked.

"Oh yes it is," gasped Samuel, in between fits of laughter. "Look at it this way, hunting won't be difficult, you can blind your prey with your dazzling metal mouth!"

Annabelle snapped. Screaming, she launched herself at Samuel, grabbed his arm and twisted it behind his back.

"Ow, Ow!! Get off Annie!!" They chased each other around the room, nothing but two blurs, invisible to the human eye. Annabelle pinned Samuel to the wall and smiled smugly.

Samuel scoffed, trying to regain some dignity. "You're still a newborn, it doesn't count."

"One day Sam, you won't be able to use that excuse."

What will happen next!! Don't you want to know!! I do!!
